Hi-Tech Towers, Inc. (HTTI) is a small company in the wind energy industry and its employees have been providing technical services to the industry for several years. HTTI has conducted direct work on many wind energy projects in the U.S. Our role in these projects varies from initial site and wind resource assessment and Turbine Installation.

*Met Tower Services: Hi-Tech Towers, Inc. (HTTI) specializes in meteorological (met) tower installations, wind data collection and assessment. Met towers are used at the early stages of a wind development project. The towers are equipped with instrumentation, which collect wind data at various heights to ensure suitable wind speeds for wind energy projects. Our experienced staff has installed many met towers throughout North America. HTTI has worked with many Consulting Engineer, financial institutions, investors and private developers to ensure that documentation during the installation process is accurate and to their specifications, thereby saving valuable time and money.

We can provide or install a various number of met tower, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 , 100 and 120 meter towers from Tiltup, Guyed, and Selfsupporting Towers can be installed. A full line of instrumentation and communication units are available for your wind measuring project. Met towers are an important piece of the puzzle for wind energy development. Monitored, accurate wind data is essential to gain investment interest in a project. The wind industry is moving towards the increased use of met towers due to their accurate data and reliable history. 25G Met Towers Location: Ohio \| Start Date: 5/21/2007 \| End Date: 5/23/2007 This is a met tower that monitors the wind speed and direction. This way a company can decide if they want to put a wind turbine at this location.
25G Tiltup Towers Location: Wyoming \| Start Date: 9/4/2007 \| End Date: 9/14/2007 Five 60M Tilt up towers used to monitor wind speed and wind direction. These towers are put together on the ground and tilted up with all the instruments already installed on them. The anchoring system is 8" screw type anchors. When all data is gathered these towers will be taken down and the anchors removed from the ground with no soil being disturbed.

25G Tiltup Towers

Location: Wyoming | Start Date: 9/4/2007 | End Date: 9/14/2007

Five 60M Tilt up towers used to monitor wind speed and wind direction. These towers are put together on the ground and tilted up with all the instruments already installed on them. The anchoring system is 8" screw type anchors. When all data is gathered these towers will be taken down and the anchors removed from the ground with no soil being disturbed.
